Cancellation Policy (for workshop)
Thank you for registering for our workshop!
We are excited to have you join us for a valuable learning experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your workshop registration. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for canceling your registration. Please read this policy carefully before registering for a workshop.
Cancellation by Participant:
1.1 If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting our customer support.
1.2 Depending on the timing of your cancellation, different options and refund policies may apply. Please refer to the following sections for more details.
1.3 For group workshops (defined as more than 10 participants in a single session), rescheduling and cancellation terms may differ due to preparation and venue arrangements. Please refer to the Group Workshop Policy section below.
Refund Policy:
2.1 Cancellation more than 72 hours before the workshop start date:
2.1.1 If you cancel your registration more than 72 hours before the workshop start date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the workshop fee.
2.1.2 Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
2.2 Cancellation three days or less before the workshop start date:
2.2.1 If you cancel your registration 72 hours or less before the workshop start date, a refund may not be available. However, we may offer the following options:
a) Transfer of registration: You may have the option to transfer your registration to a future workshop of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Additional fees or charges may apply.
b) Credit towards future workshops: We may provide you with a credit that can be used towards a future workshop of equal or lesser value within a specified time frame.
2.2.2 Please contact our customer support to discuss the available options for late cancellations.
Group Workshop Policy (more than 10 participants):
3.1 Confirmation:
Confirmation for group workshops must be made at least 14 days before the event date.
3.2 Rescheduling:
Written notice for rescheduling must be provided at least 7 days before the event and is subject to availability and venue confirmation. Rescheduling requests made with less than 7 days' notice may not be accommodated.
3.3 Cancellations and Deposit Refunds:
- If cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- If cancellation is made up to 7 days before the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- No refunds will be available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date.
- For customized workshops (e.g., those involving specific themes, logos, or tailored materials), the deposit is non-refundable once confirmation is placed, as materials and preparation work will have commenced.
Workshop Cancellation by Organizer:
4.1 In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund of the workshop fee will be provided.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient registrations, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events. We will make every effort to notify participants in a timely manner.
Policy Changes:
5.1 We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
